Call or send the quote form with what you have: the space, the surfaces and when you need it done.

Site visit and written quote
We look at the space, the surfaces and the schedule, then quote in writing with the scope and the products.

Prep, protect, paint
Furniture, floors and fixtures protected. Surfaces properly prepared. The site tidied at the end of every day.

Walk-through and sign-off
We walk the job with you and we're not done until you're proud of it.

Can you work around tenants, students or business hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial work is in occupied buildings. We schedule evenings, weekends and phased areas so corridors, classrooms and common areas stay usable, and we leave each area clean at the end of every shift.
Do you use low-odour or low-VOC paints?
Yes, on request. For occupied homes, schools and healthcare spaces we specify low- or zero-VOC products from the major manufacturers. Tell us at the quote stage and we'll build it into the scope.
How does a quote work?
Call or send the form. We visit the site, look at the surfaces, the access and the schedule, then send a written quote with the scope, the products and the timeline. No obligation.
Do you take on small residential jobs?
Yes. A single room gets the same crew discipline as a 300-unit building: protected floors, prepared surfaces, a tidy site every day and a walk-through before we're done.
What does prep include?
Floors, furniture and fixtures are covered; surfaces are cleaned, patched, sanded and primed where needed; and we tape off what shouldn't be painted. Good prep is most of a lasting finish.
Are you insured and WSIB-covered?
Yes. We carry commercial liability insurance and WSIB coverage. Certificates are included with bids and available on request for any job.
